Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic, creative & commercial Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager (circa £55,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits) to join an ambitious, global brand in Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will have strong managerial experience and the ability to empower & develop teams & individuals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy.
  • Report on effectiveness of brand & campaign marketing activity in collaboration with the group marketing team.
  • Manage the programme of BAU PR activity, through the PR agency, increase brand awareness through PR activities including brand activations, news hijacking opportunities, local & regional media competitions, maximising the opportunity of influencers for campaigns & to support initiatives.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives including new products & promotions.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI’s, including creative agencies, print & stock management, PR, merchandise, graphic designers, influencers, content creators and AV.
  • Manage the development & creation of marketing assets.
  • Managing the national charity partnership.
  • Manage the print & stock management agency & system.
  • Line management of 5, including social media marketing manager, marketing executives & marketing assistants.
