Business Development Manager - Manufacturing/Electrical IndustryLocation: StevenageSalary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing or electrical industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing/electrical sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements
