As part of their expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Stevenage and drive business growth.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored telecom solutions that enhance communication efficiency for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Present and demonstrate telecom solutions, including VoIP, broadband, mobile, and IT services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the telecoms industry.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP, hosted telephony, broadband, and unified communications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
