  • Location: Field-based (South East)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £28k - £32k basic + uncapped OTE + company vehicle
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Pattern: 4 days Field based with 1 day working from home

My national client is recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join the team representing an esteemed heritage brand. The brand dating back over 150 years is a pioneer in its field and supplies its products into thousands of cafés and hospitality businesses across the UK. They are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and expand the customer base in the St Albans and Luton area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, account management and customer service.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Manage and expand an existing account base
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets from new business and exceeding repeat sales targets.
  • Develop all accounts organically
  • Plan diary activities for each customer base.
  • Deliver on-site training sessions and visit all sites as per contract commitments.
  • Maintain sales pipeline with a focus on new business.
  • Carry out audits on all business-owned equipment on site.
  • Ensure accurate completion of contract paperwork 
  • Network with buyers, area managers, and key decision-makers 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Managing customer base
  • Proven success in winning new business.
  • Experience in a previous field-based role, visiting customers on-site.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to train customers on product & equipment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain, and develop relationships.
  • Must hold a full valid UK Driving Licence.
