They are currently seeking a Group Sales Manager to join their dynamic leadership team and oversee the performance of multiple departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who thrives in driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

As Group Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring that high service standards are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for business development and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the Domestic product within the group, driving sales and operational performance.
  • Lead and manage the Group Sales team, ensuring that revenue, margin, and contribution targets are met.
  • Drive business development and account management, focusing on building brand awareness and managing day-to-day sales activities and move coordination.
  • Ensure consistent superior service delivery, in line with company quality standards.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the team to meet cash management guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, encouraging team members to meet and exceed their individual and team goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven managerial experience, ideally within a similar industry, with a strong understanding of sales and operational processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
  • A degree in Business Management or a related field is desirable but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
