Internal Sales Manager Professional Security Services

Basic £50,000 negotiable + Uncapped OTE+ Pension

As a result of continued growth and reinvestment in the business, they require an office based Sales Manager to lead and develop their established internal sales team.

With people management experience within any discipline of electronic security or fire prevention, you will perhaps be frustrated in a restrictive, corporate environment and be looking for an agile, responsive and extremely high calibre, independent organisation.

You will enjoy high levels of autonomy, trust and freedom to manage the role in the most effective way for you. This is a strategy level role reporting into the Directors of the business and assisted by a friendly, tight knit and supportive team.
