Our client is a leading trade-only distributor of security & door entry products. Supplying exclusively to wholesalers, retailers, and trade installers, allowing them to understand and meet the needs of their trade partners. They have built a reputation for being a reliable distributor of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
- Make 80-100 outbound calls a day to potential leads ??
- Close sales over the phone
- Process quotations and sales orders ??
- Use your initiative to target new companies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients ??
- Achieve monthly targets and company KPIs �?
- Day-to-day account management
- General sales admin
Requirements:
- Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunication field
- Outbound calling/cold calling experience is required
- Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
- Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude ??
- Results orientated
- Good computer skills in Microsoft and CRM software ??
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
Benefits:
- Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience ??
