Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pa (DOE) Location: Stevenage Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Our client work in the Construction Industry, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and proactive individual to join their internal Sales Team. The successful candidate will have good up-selling skills, be highly organised and have experience in account managing new and existing client accounts. This role will on occasion requires the successful applicant to attend customer business premises to discuss products and services in which the company supply. This is an In-coming Sales role, therefore responding pro-actively to incoming sales queries and quotations.   To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have previous experience of working within the industry (or similar), and have experience working in a Customer service / Sales position, where providing an excellent service to business clients has been their priority. SKILLS REQUIRED ·Ability to build and maintain relationships. ·Excellent communication skills ·Self-motivated and highly organised. ·Confident telephone manner, as well as happy to attend on-site client meetings on occasions.   RESPONSIBILITIES ·Responding to inbound enquiries from customers, providing them with quotes and product information. ·Manage a portfolio of customers, developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring to retain business and grow accounts. ·Prospecting to customers and identifying new business opportunities. ·Update customers regarding status of their orders. ·Providing excellent customer service skills.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ·Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays ·Pension contribution ·Onsite parking     Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
