My client is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team to drive new business. You will ideally have background in telesales, with experience within IT, Networking, Telecommunication or Security being desirable. The successful candidate will manage both new and existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

The Role:
  • Target new companies to expand client base.
  • Outbound calling to generate leads.
  • Closing sales over the phone.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage daily accounts.
  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Previous B2B telesales experience.
  • IT/Technology, Networking, Telecomms or Security experience desirable.
  • Cold and outbound calling.
  • Sales-driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
