This is an ideal role for an experienced Account Executive/development executive to inherit a book of care based insurance clients currently standing at £250k income, to give you a foundation, with a remit to both retain and develop the book.  

This powerful broking group provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It is an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future!  They are now keen to add an ambitious Commercial Account Executives to their Commercial Care Insurance team, and they can accommodate remote working so happy to speak to experienced people across the UK. They have offices in Stevenage, Bristol and Croydon, Cheltenham and Colchester, so you can go into one of these office if needed. There will be the need to travel to the Stevenage office once every couple of months (sometimes less) 

They are a major player in the UK broking market but have big plans to continue their impressive growth, under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Head of Division, so this is an excellent time to be joining this part of the business.

The team specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients within the care and medical sectors and generates a great deal of referral business because of its professional approach.

As an Account Executive you will make a measurable contribution to the profitability and overall growth of the company, through effective sales pipeline management, prospecting activity, face to face visits and networking, with an experienced support team behind you.

The key to success is people. This broker work hard to get to know their customers, whether that’s new or existing clients. You will build relationships and understand their approach to insurance and risk management, tailoring and administering insurance solutions for the protection of their finances and liabilities.

To be considered, you will either need to be an experienced Account Executive already in the Care sector of insurance, or an experienced Account Executive with good commercial experience and have handled face to face client meetings and looked after a book, made up of some large risks and confident with property/casualty, MLP, cyber, D&O etc.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

Base salary on offer is £55-70k plus annual bonus and car allowance. They also offer and extensive benefits package too.
