Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a prestigious regional house developer based in the Stevenage area who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. Having been established for almost a century, our client has a long standing and reputable name within the industry, so is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a company with firm growth plans in the coming years. As a family run business our client is genuinely proud of their product, and are widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire counties.

The Contracts Manager who secures this position will be responsible for monitoring work on high end residential builds ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget. The Contracts Manager will be based from the office in the Stevenage area with sites being 1 hour from there.

The most suitable candidate will come from a developer or contractor background and will be seeking the next step within their career.

Contracts Manager Job Overview
