Company Overview - Project Manager Access Control Social Housing
Our Client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.
This company are a reputable business with over 40 years’ experience providing support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients.
Project Manager Access Control Social Housing Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the security/access control department from mobilisation through to completion
- Building and issuing of works programs, schedules and site logistics
- Attend client meetings, report and delegate the required actions to the appropriate people
- Report any issues that may cause delay costs or other implications to senior management when needed
- Day to day management of the supervisors, engineers and support staff
- Generate reports for clients
- Ensure weekly site progress and health and safety checks are carried out by the supervisors
- Arrange delivery of plant and materials with the supervisors
- Ensure work is completed to the company standards on time and on budget
- Ensure everything is recorded correctly to ensure invoices are accurate
- Collating & producing O&M files
- Plan, schedule and review workloads
- Monitor staff performance
Project Manager Access Control Social Housing Skills and Experience:
- Must have experience within Access Control and Social Housing
- Have/working towards SMSTS qualification
- Have/working towards IOSH Managing H&S qualification
- Must have financial awareness
- Must have the ability to plan, prioritise and resolve issues
- Full UK Driving licence or equivalent
