Key Responsibilities:

• General Management: Lead and support project operations, implementing policies and goals.
• Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Commercial Management: Track project costs, prepare financial reports, and manage sub-contract accounts.
• Health & Safety: Uphold company standards for safety, ensuring compliance on all project sites.
• Team Leadership: Communicate expectations clearly, support career development, and foster a productive environment.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC qualification or equivalent).
• Brings at least five years of project management experience.
• Demonstrates technical competence, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
• Thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Embodies a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and aligns with Dalkia Engineering core values.
