Contracts Manager

Actaris Site Services require a contracts manager for a key client based in Hertofrdshire.

They have a strong pre-existing client base spanning across Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Education Providers, Healthcare Providers and Private Clients. My client are dedicated to providing excellent external refurbishment services across their clients, specifically across the roofing space.

Experience needed for this role includes:

• Previous expericence of working with, contract management experience on Externalrefurbishment schemes
• Roofing knowledge & experience
• A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
• An ability to programme work streams on your own accord (MS Projects, ASTA Etc)
• A clean driving licence
