This position is ideal for individuals who prefer not to have the pressure of manage their own caseload but are willing to assist and work collaboratively within a team. It may be suitable for someone with childcare responsibilities seeking reduced hours or a less demanding role, or for any candidate needing part-time hours for other reasons.Office presence is required; hybrid work arrangements are possible but office-based work is preferred. Requirements of Residential Conveyancer or CILEX Legal Executive or Paralegal:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing
Comprehensive legal knowledge of residential conveyancing
Experience in high-volume residential conveyancing
Ability to perform under pressure
Proficiency in drafting legal documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and prioritisation skills

The firm is CQS accredited, you will be an integral part of a small and friendly team. Compensation for Residential Conveyancer or CILEX Legal Executive or Paralegal:

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience, starting at £40,000 p.a.
The firm closes between Christmas and New Year
