My client is an EPIC, WITH A WONDERFUL FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY and I am supporting a great role linked to CLIENT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION - linked to Corporate Client Support to the Manager side linked to skills supporting the IFA Financial Advisors and the client bank on this and the business and team supporting with your skills and also linked to Compliance. The clients are looking for a team player with good common sense, an eye for detail, an excellent telephone manner/communication skill and the ability to work independently as well as within a busy team and supporting.  There is room for growth and opportunity within this role.  YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :-

A GREAT WORKING KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIL LINKED GLA, GPMI, GIP, GCIC AS OUTLINED BELOW AS OUTLINE - ALSO AND IDEALLY SOME PENSIONS ADMIN SKILLS IN ADDITION TO THE DEFINITE GLA,GMPI,GIP AND GCIC REQUIREMENT.

  • Proven experience in IFA sector AND A STRONG FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR IN CORPORATE SERVICES AREA LINK
  • AS OUTLINED - Proven experience ESSENTIAL - working WITHIN THE GROUP RISK AREA – GLA, GIP, GPMI, GCIC etc.

In addition - A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel will be needed to carry out the role and we will provide training of our back office systems, AND Intelligent Office is also required. 

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Client Work

  • Together with team colleagues, ensure all review and renewals are processed professionally and timely.
  • Direct contact with clients and providers.
  • Prepare templated Recommendation Reports for Advisers
  • Deal with all daily queries raised by clients and colleagues.
  • When appropriate to this role, accompany Advisers to client meetings where required.
  • Perform Ad hoc projects and assistance for Head of Client Services as and when required.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in the FINANCIAL SERVICES IFA SECTOR WITH PENSIONS AND CLIENT SUPPORT SKILLS IN ADMIN
  • Proven experience working within the group risk arena – GLA, GIP, GPMI, GCIC etc.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear communication to clients at all times relative to progress.
  • Answering phone promptly in a professional and helpful manner
  • Work unsupervised and use initiative at all times
  • Ability to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the business.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload, linked to the financial services requirements
  • Self-Motivating
  • To comply with FCA requirements.
  • To keep abreast of industry changes and regulation through CPD
  • Perform different reasonable tasks within the Organisation requested by the Organisation to meet overall business objectives.

I.T. Skills: - These are very much required also : -

  • IO back office software (INTELLIGENT OFFICE)
  • Other research tools appropriate to the business
  • Microsoft Office
Position in Organisation:·Reports to the Head of Client Services·Integral to the smooth running of the Corporate Services Team

PLEASE NOTE - The successful candidate, Liaises with Corporate Clients, Providers, Professional Connections and other members of Client Support Teams depending upon business needs.  Contractually office based but currently can also work at home up to three days a week.
