Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to both private and commercial clients, this successful practice requires a professional and proactive EB / Senior Financial Services Administrator to provide support to the planning process and corporate team.

The successful candidate will have experience within a professional services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills, have an IFA support background and group risk understanding.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Has specific responsibility for the delivery of our service to clients, which if not fulfilled may have a serious impact.
  • When appropriate to this role, accompany Advisers to client meetings where required.
  • Frequent contacts internally and externally; much of which require influencing skills to be used where appropriate
  • Prepare templated Recommendation Reports for Advisers
  • Deal with all daily queries raised by clients and colleagues.

You will have:

  • Organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in group risk administration
  • Background within IFA support
  • To comply with FCA requirements.
