Our client would like to hire an experienced L&D coordinator to manage a variety of their L&D programs and training centre.

You will be the day to day contact both for in -person training including looking after the trainers on the day and managing any issues in addition to responding to a wide range of L&D-related enquires/problems/situations, including investigating records/files/databases to resolve standard queries, or escalating more difficult enquiries , ensuring quick resolution wherever possibleWorking with other departments in the business to secure the support required for the running of training courses e.g. facilities for training environment, facilities equipment, security for access control, procurement for contracting payments etc.You will be responsible for administration for a designated set of training courses.

Provide administration support for the experienced apprenticeships schemes run across the company, including management of records and CPD for learners
