I am currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Business Partner for a well known brand based in Hertfordshire, a great business to join.Reporting into the Head of HR this role will be focused on partnering with Managers to look at talent and succession, career development as well as developing and implementing a Graduate Scheme.
- Training Delivery
- Stakeholder Management
- New Entrant/Emerging Talent
- Development and Performance Reviews
- Talent and Succession
- Management of the Training Plan
You will also oversee and manage attendance of employees to the Group Induction sessions. You will support the Learning & Development team with training design and delivery of training courses and supervisory and management development programmesYou will need the following experience:-
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Experience of working in a similar Learning & Development role.
- Experience of implementing a Graduate Scheme
- Ability to create a variety of interventions
- Experience of delivering projects across a multi-site operation.
