Excellent locally based opportunity - we are currently working with a Stevenage based charity organisation for an interim Project Coordinator.

This is a 12-month maternity contract, to start in September or early October 2024.

This role is office based - with the possibility that once training is complete to work 1 day from home - so living a commutable distance from Stevenage is essential.

This could be a full time role - 37.5 hours a week, or the company would also look at part time 20 hours minimum a week.

The main purpose of the role supports the Direct Marketing cycle, make sure that it is kept on track - work closely with other team members whilst following the companies policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordination of projects and work with colleagues to keep work-flow on schedule

Keeping in touch with suppliers.

Work with the Giving Manager to ensure all assets and personalised messaging is accurate and ensuring accurate delivery of content.

Keep in touch with the charities supporters liaising with the Supporter Development Team.

Plan meetings and support the smooth function of project work within the organisation

Maintain ongoing and positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Keep track of expenditure for projects and working with the Just Giving Manager to ensure budgets are adhered too.

To support incoming and outgoing calls to supporters.

Plus, other ad hoc duties when required.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate must have project planning experience.

A high level of digital accuracy

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Excellent team player.

Adaptable and positive approach.
