�? Exciting Opportunity Alert! �?We are currently seeking a Supplier Engagement and Communications Specialist for our client based in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic contract position with a contract length of 6 months, offering a daily rate inside IR35 via umbrella. ??Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is on a mission to make a transformative impact. They are seeking a dynamic individual who can take charge of supplier engagement and communication strategies, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their programme. �?Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive Supplier Communication, Training, and Support Strategy to deliver effective engagement with all suppliers involved in the programme. This includes defining the communication requirements, training needs, and support mechanisms necessary for success. ??Establish strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers, understanding their needs, concerns, and preferences to provide exceptional support throughout the programme. ??Set up and manage a Supplier Working Group and Test Group to trial new processes, gather valuable feedback, and drive continuous improvement within the programme. ??Collaborate with a media agency to produce engaging video briefings that effectively communicate key messages to suppliers. �?Work with the supplier training team to develop engaging and interactive training materials, such as webinars, guides, and e-learning courses, ensuring suppliers are equipped with the knowledge they need. ??Organise and facilitate informative webinars for suppliers to provide regular updates on the programme and address any questions or concerns. ???Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, media, and the team, to align messaging and execute plans effectively. ??Drive brand development for the programme to ensure consistency and clarity in supplier-facing communications. �?Build and execute a targeted communications plan that caters to the unique needs of different supplier groups, ensuring effective engagement throughout the programme. ??Qualifications:Proven experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.Demonstrated expertise in supplier or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a retail or supply chain environment. �?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others effectively. ??Experience in developing impactful communication strategies and collaborating with media or marketing agencies. ??Familiarity with organising webinars, video briefings, and virtual engagement activities to ensure high levels of supplier interaction. ??Proven experience in setting up and managing working groups, focus groups, or test groups for stakeholder engagement. ??Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ??Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient programme delivery. ??If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey with our client's programme and contribute your expertise in supplier engagement and communications, then we want to hear from you! ??
