- Make any necessary amendments, cancellations ensuring all details are correct
- Process payments
- Manage and schedule changes
- Issue tickets and travel documentation
Customer Service/Operations Specialist Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience of using a GDS
- Proven Customer Service/Operations experience within the travel industry
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and customer focussed
