  • Manage all customer related issues post booking
  • Make any necessary amendments, cancellations ensuring all details are correct
  • Process payments
  • Manage and schedule changes
  • Issue tickets and travel documentation

  • Previous experience of using a GDS
  • Proven Customer Service/Operations experience within the travel industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
