A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant to join this national distributor of products for the construction industry. This is a varied role which offers great progression and training and would suit someone with great communication skills who is looking to progress their career in sales and customer service.

THE ROLE
Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service at all times both face-to-face and on the phone
To maximise growth of sales within the branch
Building customer relationships within the branch
Answering general enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates etc
Issuing quotations in response to enquiries
General sales administration

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous customer service experience preferably within retail or trade environment
Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels
Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability
Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
