CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / STEVENAGE / FROM £25,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS

Our flexible Production unit based in Stevenage, Herts offers 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing and office space with flexible, highly skilled, and knowledgeable team producing electronics for major industries.

As we continue to grow, we have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.
You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, and provide admin support across the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- First point of contact for any customer queries
- Manage and track customer accounts
- Manage the admin of all sales orders and amendments
- Provide customer order book reports
- Participate in customer meetings both onsite and offsite
- Process new customer quotations and complete costed BOMs
- Update CRM with prospects and opportunities
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a Customer Service / Sales position desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel).
- Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and email.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
- Enthusiastic, with real drive to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communicator
- Good negotiator as will be essential when agreeing delivery dates
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
