CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / STEVENAGE / FROM £25,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS

Our flexible Production unit based in Stevenage, Herts offers 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing and office space with flexible, highly skilled, and knowledgeable team producing electronics for major industries.

Our in-house IPC training facilities helps us share our extensive knowledge, experience, and develop skills on an ongoing basis.

As we continue to grow, we have an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, and provide admin support across the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • First point of contact for any customer queries
  • Manage and track customer accounts
  • Manage the admin of all sales orders and amendments
  • Provide customer order book reports
  • Participate in customer meetings both onsite and offsite
  • Process new customer quotations and complete costed BOMs
  • Update CRM with prospects and opportunities

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in a Customer Service / Sales position desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel).
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and email.
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
  • Enthusiastic, with real drive to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communicator
  • Good negotiator as will be essential when agreeing delivery dates
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
