The Role: Customer Service
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst supporting the organisation's commercial objectives through adherence to established service protocols.Location: Stevenage
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional responses to product and order enquiries for key accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships both internally and externally
- Process orders and manage service activities to ensure precise and timely customer support
- Guide customers through product selection, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with Sales teams
- Handle quotations and order processing, respond to telephone and email enquiries, and address product application and billing matters
- Resolve customer queries using standard procedures
- Escalate unresolved matters and potential sales leads to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree not essential but appreciated
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Positive disposition with proven resilience under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent self-motivation
- Outstanding English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
