Are you an experienced RGN looking for an exciting new role? Our client is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager in Stevenage to join their dedicated team. You will recieve a salary up to £21.93 an hour (£50,175 per year) and willbe part of a company that values compassion and high-quality care in their Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes.

As a Clinical Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a specific part of the care home and ensuring top-notch care.
  • Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
  • Reporting on residents' conditions and administering medications.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
  • Advocating for and delivering person-centred care.
  • Recognising and reporting signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
