Our client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to join a growing care organisation and help manage a medium sized nursing home near Stevenage. This role offers a comparative salary of 85,000+ per annum, with an outstanding bonus structure and potential earnings of over 100,000 and progression. You'll also enjoy a generous holiday allowance and the opportunity to progress and grow within the company

As a Nursing Home Manager you will:

  • Contribute to forming and heading a a team
  • Keep profit and loss within budget
  • Oversee daily operations and management of the home
Package and Benefits:

The Nursing Home Manager package includes:

  • Annual salary of 85,000 which is negatable + Welcome Bonus and KPI Bonus
  • 35 Days (including Bank holidays)
  • Company Sick Pay
  • Employer Pension Contributions



The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

  • Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
  • Nurse Qualified is preferable
  • Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
