- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on high-tech machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Provide technical advice and excellent customer service to clients
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Stay up to date with the latest industry training and certifications
- Strong electro/mechanical engineering background (experience in any sector considered)
- Previous experience in a field service role is highly desirable
- Ability to read schematics, fault-find, and carry out repairs
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to challenges in the field
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients professionally
