The duties & responsibilities will include:

Ensuring regulations & requirements are being met at all times.
Liaising with clients & other engineers/ team members to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
Estimating costs for projects.
Developing electrical quotations & tenders.
Attending site visits when required.
