Electro Magnetic Warfare Systems Engineer
We are looking for an Electro Magnetic Systems Engineer to be responsible for ensuring that various aspects of a Weapon System's EW capability (covering system design, integration, and the operational context / applicability) is fit for purpose, whilst also ensuring that the associated design is developed within the required timescales and budget.
We are looking for someone with -
- A strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes.
- Ideally, experience of Weapon System systems design and validation. However, experience of a complex system's product development is essential.
- Experience working across the full engineering development lifecycle.
- Experience of carrying out systems integration.
- An understanding of Electromagnetic Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Support / Surveillance systems.
- A strong record of delivery.
- Experience in capability assessments and road-mapping.
- Track record of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements management toolsets (e.g. DOORS).
- Candidates must hold, or be willing to apply for, SC clearance.
