About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product Assurance Equipment Engineering team, supporting a range of electronic equipment in development.You'll play a key role within an established PA team embedded in Electronic Engineering, ensuring quality processes are upheld, reducing product non-conformance, supporting seamless equipment delivery, and driving customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Equipment Quality planning documentation
- Ensure compliance with Electronic Engineering BMS procedures
- Plan and conduct Product Life Cycle reviews, managing actions as required
- Oversee and manage Product Non-Conformance processes, including defect investigations, data analysis, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate quality risks for in-house equipment, enhancing reliability and satisfaction
- Support engineering process improvements and perform local audits, driving compliance and process efficiencies
- Deliver quality-focused micro-training to enhance team awareness and skills
What we need from you
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within Electronic Engineering
- Familiarity with QA methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and DMAIC
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, particularly in development phases
- Proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, SAP QM, and document management systems
- Commitment to continuous improvement, with the initiative to identify and implement enhancements
