With a rich history of innovation and a commitment to quality, the company offers a vibrant work environment where your contributions make a real impact.**What You Will Do:**- Service Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.- Troubleshoot and fault-find across a diverse range of electronic security systems, demonstrating your technical expertise.- Occasionally install electronic security systems at customer premises, expanding your skill set.- Complete all necessary paperwork in accordance with British Standard requirements, NSI dictates, and company documentation, ensuring compliance and excellence.- Engage with a varied customer base, including domestic, retail, commercial, schools, and care homes, providing exceptional service.- Participate in the Duty Engineers' Roster for emergency call outs, showcasing your commitment and flexibility.**What You Will Bring:**- A minimum of five years’ experience in the security industry, with a strong focus on intruder alarms.- Familiarity with equipment such as Eaton Range, Pyronix, Honeywell – Galaxy, Texecom, and Mobile Apps.- Knowledge of CCTV systems like Hikvision IP / TVI, and Access Control systems such as ACT and Paxton.- A commitment to quality and a passion for delivering service excellence to a diverse range of clients.- The ability to work within the geographical areas specified, ideally residing within 25 - 30 miles of Stevenage.**Company Contribution & Industry Information:**This role is a cornerstone in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and innovation in the security and fire systems industry.
