A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a SOC Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the effective delivery and resilience of the on-premise service
- Working directly with the Head of Cyber Security
- Being accountable for continuous improvement and maturity of the threat protection capabilities
- Managing and leading the SOC team
- Helping to grow the cyber security team
- Working with key stakeholders globally
The Successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of SIEM technologies
- Experience with Authentication, Internet Policy Enforcement and Firewall.
- Experience with SOC automation deployment
- Familiarity with security policies
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience presenting to various audiences
