What they are looking for:-

  • Working within a team of experienced, passionate ER professionals. The ideal candidate will be solution focused, detailed, have strong experience in multifaceted complex case management, be able to operate as a partner to HR colleagues and business areas with a focus on development.

You will need the following experience:-

  • This is a varied role which contributes to the evolution of a collaborative, forward thinking and changing culture in a positive employee relations climate.
  • You will need to have strong coaching skills and be able to advise on innovative employee relations solutions, building relationships through the business at all levels and demonstrating empathy.
  • You will be reviewing and implementing contract-related solutions and developing resources to empower employees and managers in support of a positive employee relations climate.
  • You will be highly competent in practically applying employment legislation knowledge every day in a business context, demonstrating high levels of integrity and be passionate about making a difference, as well as having a commercially astute approach.
  • You will be someone who can thrive in procedure/guidance/toolkit creation and delivery.
  • An understanding of employment legislation and its application in commercial environment is a must.
  • The ideal candidate would also have experience in Trade Union activities and internal employee forums.
