Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner?My client is a fantastic organisation based in Stevenage who are looking to increase their team on a 12 month fixed term contract (with the potential to be extended). They are accountable for all permanent recruitment and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding.
- Own and influence an allocated business area from a resourcing perspective
- Play a vital part in the candidate journey (from application stage to joining)
- Take an active role in interviews and help support the hiring managers.
- Grow and develop your working relationship within the wider HR.
- Take as proactive approach to direct hiring
- Opportunities for travel to other UK site locations.
What they are looking for:-
- You'll be first and foremost, an amazing Recruiter...
- Proven experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment
- Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems, or even better....Workday.
- Strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion for the candidate journey.
- The ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
