About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s recruitment and onboarding processes for Senior Hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews via self-service links, collect feedback from interviewers, and manage outcomes.
  • Offer Management: Make job offers, prepare offer letters, and manage all associated paperwork.
  • Compliance: Collect and verify candidate documentation, complete full referencing, and process DBS checks.
  • Onboarding: Prepare and issue contracts, set up new starters, and organise online training.
