Do you have experience planning events and want to be part of an established company, working on some of the UK's most prestigious and luxury events across the world! You will be part of their wonderful team and have exposure to the whole event planning process.

Due to continuous success and recommendations, they are now the go-to events company when planning a big party, wedding, annual celebration, ceremonies or life celebrations for high profile clients, this company will take your brief and bring it to life.

THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities include:

-    Playing a key part of the events team, working closely with clients.

-    Organising a range of events including award ceremonies, parties, conferences

-    Attend 

-    Attend events as events manager to oversee the running of the day. 

-    Understanding clients needs and coming up with creative ideas

-    Managing event budgets and ensuring events are within the budget

-    Sourcing venues across the UK and internationally

-    Booking accommodation, travel and catering

-    Setting up for the event on the day

-    Keeping up to 

-    Supervise event setup, including decor, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements

-    You MUST drive and have a car for this role

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be happy working with an up-beat team and not be afraid to come up with new and exciting ideas. You will have some events experience and be happy coming into the offices 5 days p/week.
