FP&A Reporting Analyst - 6 months - FTC - Hybrid Working/North London

The FP&A team supports strategic decision-making through data insights, KPIs, and financial planning. The Reporting team, where this role sits, focuses on analysing key performance drivers to support business growth and profitability. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and a broad view of the company’s financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate Weekly Trade Reporting with performance trend analysis.

  • Lead finance projects beyond routine FP&A tasks.

  • Develop reports to analyse commercial performance and costs.

  • Deliver monthly performance packs for senior leadership and board review.

  • Support the FP&A Manager in improving finance processes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified in CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.

  • Strong academic background.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

  • Eager to learn.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion).

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Background in financial reporting and analysis.
