Our client, a dynamic and highly successful Group, with an excellent track record of retaining its talent and providing development and reward, is looking to hire a talented finance professional with an audit background, to join as Group Reporting Manager. You'll have great visibility in the business, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the board receives best in class insight and reporting, enabling them to make informed strategic decisions and continually push the business forward. Main duties include:* Leading and coordinating the year end group audit process and preparing the annual statutory financial statements* Leading and providing support for group month end reporting* Reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts and board park, including details P&L review, comparison to budget analysis and challenge of the balance sheet* Identifying risks and opportunities * Keeping up to date with UK accounting and taxation legislation * Involvement with treasury and cashflow reporting* Building meaningful relationships with all key stakeholders * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements Key skills & experience includes:* ACA/ACCA Qualified * Audit trained and experience of managing large, complex group audits* Can be straight from practice or with some additional industry experience* An excellent communicator, capable of building strong professional relationships* Clear organisational, numerical and problem-solving skills* Ambitious, self-starter, keen to continually improve and positively impact a businessThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Audit trained finance professional, to be a key player in this entrepreneurial business that looks for top talent to develop through its ranks.
