Job Title: Interim Finance Business Partner (ACA Qualified)

Day rate: c£400
We are seeking a highly skilled and ACA qualified interim Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, fast-learner who can provide strategic insights to support decision-making processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with wider teams, acting as SME for finance related matters.
- Preparation of month-end, budgeting and forecasting etc., working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify key cost saving opportunities and analysis for process improvement, presenting them to board and key stakeholders.
- Analyse financial performance and provide detailed insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives and projects.
- Managing a small team; supporting and coaching the finance team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must be ACA qualified
- Proven track record in a Finance Business Partner in a commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
