This is a sole charge (SME) Finance role. The Finance Manager will need to be happy with the "lower level" transactional tasks within the role as well as capable of fulfilling the more complex tasks such as management accounts, cashflow and VAT returns. You will work closely with the Directors of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and Sales Ledger (Xero) / Credit Control
- Payroll administration (Weekly and monthly payroll)
- Bank/ Charge card reconciliations
- Expenses
- VAT returns, intermediary reporting and other payments to HMRC as appropriate
- Production of monthly management accounts, board pack and cashflow maintenance
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Production of Year End accounts ready to be submitted to external accountants
- Ad hoc reporting
This is a part time position offering 25 hours per week. We can be flexible as to how these hours are worked based on your own circumstances.
