Are you a self-starter experienced in resource planning and forecasting? Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Hertfordshire, is seeking a Resource Manager to join their team for a 6-month initial contract.

?? Role Overview:

As the Resource Manager, you will ensure the right balance of internal and external resources to meet the demand of their Finance Change Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

? Responsibilities:

Forward planning key resources with the Delivery teamReviewing and optimising the hiring processForecasting future resource needs based on project plans and demand pipelineProviding accurate resource management information to stakeholdersHighlighting resource conflicts, skillset gaps, and dependenciesManaging on/offboarding process for joiners and leaversEscalating resourcing issues and managing suppliersCollaborating with the MSP to source suitable candidatesEnsuring seamless linkage between the Resourcing profile and financesCompleting monthly reporting activities on time

�? Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working with business users at all seniority levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Decision-making ability and financial acumen
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Experience in large-scale recruitment drives and project delivery preferred
  • Knowledge of Statement of Works
