Junior Financial Adviser to manage existing client bankThis highly successful Chartered firm of Wealth Managers have grown both organically and via acquisition over the last few years. They have built an impressive reputation with clients in the local area, and have enjoyed a very prosperous year, so are looking for an additional Junior Financial Adviser. One of the long-standing Advisers in the firm is looking to retire shortly, so my client is looking for a hungry, driven and career focused Financial Adviser that can take over this retiring Advisers book of business in the next couple of years.

If you enjoy the client interaction and providing a quality and transparent service, but don’t enjoy the new business development side of the Adviser role, then this would be an excellent move for you.

They are looking for someone to work closely with the outgoing Adviser, who is keen to provide their clients with a proper handover, as they have built some very close and personal relationships with them. The clients are a mix of people at and post-retirement, accumulators, and owner managers of local SME firms. They provide advice on Investments, Pensions, Protection, Trusts and Estate Planning and are happy to support any skills gaps or additional technical training that is required. Our client can offer excellent on the job training and support, within a very secure and rewarding firm. They treat both their clients and staff with equal care and attention as they are the backbone of their business, they also offer an excellent benefits package and bonus structure that will pay on all income that is generated.

They can also offer the flexibility to be more home than office based and provide full Paraplanning support once you are up and running.

If you are level 4 diploma qualified, have current CAS and 1 years plus experience of working within a Private Client Wealth Management role, providing holistic Financial Advice, then my client would like to talk to you.
