I am working with a new client that has a new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Financial Services professional to lead their Financial Planning administration Teams offering in a leadership role with direct line management and responsibility for delivery of the overall financial planning administration support.

Ensuring delivery of high quality service and advice to our clients whilst developing team members to support our clients and driving business performance. This role is a hybrid role with regular visits to all sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of relevant markets and changes across the industry in order to keep clients informed and provide effective advice in line with the companies principles and values
  • Comply with the companies Professional Standards / FCA in accordance with statutory requirements for role
  • Carry out duties whilst following internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and companies shared values, in particular, putting clients at the heart of their business
  • Manage and develop a group of Team Managers
  • Delivery of financial plan and overall growth of the operation
  • Enhance the overall satisfaction and experience of our of customers, driving strong consumer duty outcomes
  • Driving a professionally engaged team to deliver the highest standards across the business

Skills:

  • Preferably Diploma Level 4 qualified or working towards the Level 4 qualification or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning products and services.
  • Good working knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • Leadership skills and ideally experience of leading a team of leaders
  • Promote strong relationship with key stakeholder managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced at using and interpreting MI to drive performance improvement
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Persistent and tenacious in achieving results
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Eligible to work in the UK
