Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)
Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days) & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move products within the yard and production areas
Assist in managing stock and ensuring products are correctly stored
Perform routine safety checks on the forklift before each shift
Maintain a clean and organised yard area, following all safety guidelines
Support the production and warehouse teams with any additional forklift duties as needed
Adhere to all company health and safety policies
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (essential)
Previous experience operating a forklift, ideally in a food production or yard setting
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)
A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
