Rocasa Consulting is seeking a Temporary Lettings Officer in Stevenage to manage New Build properties for Social Housing.
The position requires previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing, with a focus on viewings and sign-ups.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the role offers a pay rate of up to £19 per hour via umbrella.
The initial contract is for 3 months but may extend depending on needs.
Candidates must possess excellent customer service and IT skills and be available to start immediately.

Rocasa Consulting are looking to recruit a Temporary Lettings Officer in Stevenage, letting New Build properties for Social Housing, Working Mon - Fri - 9-5pm paying up to £19ph via umbrella for 3 Months possibly longer.

You will need previous experience in Lettings and Social Housing

It will include viewings and sign ups

Providing swift service to placement tenants

Excellent Customer Service and IT Skills
