Our client is a well established SME based in Stevenage who due to growth are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrator to join their company on a full time permanent basis.
The right person will have all round administration skills and be a team player who wants the opportunity to progress in the future.
Based in the office 5 days a week 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday.
Salary £28,000p/a - £35,000p/a
- Maintaing and monitor internal and external training sessions and required docs.
- Ensuring contractors have the relevant training and compliance requirements depending on the project.
- Liaising directly with them regarding queries or requesting information
- Responsible for compiling all H&S data for before, during and after a project finishes.
- All associated preparation of subcontractor payments
- Making CIS payments
- Coordinate and manage the H&S matrix
- Liaising with the finance teams to deal with any adjustments and queries.
- All associated administration
- Assist the bid teams on an adhoc basis with collection relevant docs
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends
