C# Lead Developer
About the Role:
My Client is seeking an experienced C# Lead Developer to join their Agile team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a combination of hands-on coding and leadership. You will spend 70% of your time developing and maintaining high-quality software, and 30% leading and mentoring a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in an Agile environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Assist in architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying them when relevant.
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior developer role within an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, SQLite, and MySQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership and mentorship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work in the office 1-2 days per week.
