  • Prepare tools by cleaning and applying release agents, and perform kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting and aligning materials on the mold surface according to the build sequence.
  • Apply vacuum bagging techniques and manufacture breather bag material kits as needed.
  • Conduct cure operations per engineering methods using autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum pumps, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Attend start-of-shift meetings to review targets, address issues, and escalate any concerns to team leaders promptly.
